Here’s Rocco & Dusty who came in for vaccines, they got picked up by their owners & travelled straight to us🐾 As you can see they made themselves very comfortable during their visit🐱

They also signed up to our Henlow Healthy pets scheme, this is where you pay a certain amount each month (cats is a set price & dogs depends on their adult weight) you get vaccines, parasite treatment, health checks and some discounts on our services & hills food, we also home deliever the parasite treatment 🦠

🐕Our star patient of September🐕
🌼DAISY🌼

Daisy has been into the practice a lot of times over the past few months, she came to us in June with a sore toe, which she had antibiotics prescribed for her💊 Unfortunately, her toe did not improve & our wonderful vet, Hannah spoke with her owners and agreed to amputate her toe. We got her in for surgery, she was the most perfect patient all day enjoying lots of loving from the team🥰

Post surgery she had lots of bandage changes every couple of days, when she came in she never stopped wagging her tail & never stopped loving coming into see us🐾 She even had to visit a different vet practice on her holidays to have her bandage changed!

She has now recovered really well, she had her bandage removed permanently the other day & is enjoying the air to her toes. We are so lucky to have patients like Daisy- they really make our day🍀🍀

Hi I’m Dan! I’m a new vet here at Henlow Vets Royston and I joined in August of this year after graduating from the RVC in June.

I enjoy all aspects of practice but am very keen to explore and develop my experience in surgery, neurology and animal welfare 🩺🐾🧠

Outside of work you’ll probably find me rowing, running, cycling or on a forest walk 🚣 🏃 🚴‍♂️ I also enjoy music, film and PC games 🤓

I’m looking forward to meeting you and your pets! 🐕🐈
