A tidy Saturday install over in Biggleswade today, building a compact but super functional 7ft by 5ft catio standing 8ft tall.
We topped it with a corrugated plastic roof to keep things bright, dry, and weatherproof all year round 🌧️☀️

The inside layout worked out beautifully, a full set of enrichment shelves for climbing and lounging, plus a cute staircase in the corner that gives the cat easy access to different levels.
Small footprint, big personality, and a really lovely upgrade for their outdoor space 😻🌿

🌞✨ Baldock Catio Installation ✨🌞
Today we were in sunny Baldock installing this gorgeous 9x6 catio, standing a full 7ft tall and built to last with a fully waterproof roof 💧🔒. Another premium, hand‑crafted build giving our customer’s cats a safe, secure and enriching outdoor space to enjoy all year round 🐾💛

This one is packed with our hand‑made enrichment pack, shelves, perches, and climbing routes, all designed to keep cats active, stimulated and happy 😺🧡. Every piece is built in‑house, solid timber, outdoor‑ready and made to fit perfectly inside the structure.

If you’re looking for a bespoke catio or aviary that’s built properly, installed professionally and tailored to your space, we’d love to help.

One thing we see constantly is people spending hundreds of pounds on fancy hutches, runs and extensions… only to realise they STILL don’t provide enough permanent space for rabbits.

By the time you’ve bought the hutch, attached a run, added weatherproofing and tried to make it secure, you could have put that money towards something far more suitable from the beginning like a shed or an aviary.

These don’t just give rabbits significantly more usable space, they’re also easier for YOU to clean, interact with your rabbits in and adapt with enrichment.

Rabbits need space 24/7, not just when someone is available to let them into a run.

A hutch should never be a rabbit’s home.

If you’re planning your rabbit setup, stop thinking “What hutch should I buy?”

Start thinking “What permanent space can I create for them?” 🐰

🌿🐈 Another tidy, well‑finished setup completed in black today.
This 5ft x 4ft x 4ft build is heavy, freshly painted, and colour‑matched to blend seamlessly with the customer’s existing catio. The added enrichment shelf gives their cat extra space to climb, lounge and enjoy the outdoors 🌿🐾
A stylish, practical upgrade that enhances both the cat’s environment and the overall look of the area.

It’s been absolutely non‑stop lately, and we’ve officially expanded again, another unit added purely for storage so we can keep up with the workload 📦🔥
What started as a small workshop in the garden has grown into a busy, full‑scale operation with builds going out every single week. The demand has been incredible, and this extra space means we can organise materials better, prep panels faster, and keep everything running smoothly for our customers.

It’s a brilliant milestone for us, and a reminder of just how far Arrington Aviary & Catio’s has come. Feeling genuinely proud of the progress, the support, and the direction we’re heading.

Onwards and upwards! ✨😺

🌼 Good morning, everyone!
I know it’s a little early to be thinking about spring, but it’s never too soon to get your Catio ready for the warm weather ahead. Your cats will thank you for it when those sunny days arrive!

We’ve been busy creating brand‑new climbing frames that can be added to any existing Catio or built into a new one. They’re fully customisable, with lots of optional extras to keep your cats entertained, active, and happy all season long.

If you’re thinking about upgrading your space or planning a fresh build for spring, now’s a great time to start.

🐾 Let’s get your cats ready for their best outdoor season yet!
Feel free to message us with any ideas or questions.

A little video from an installation we completed earlier this year. It’s amazing how much difference a secure outdoor space can make, a whole new world for this furbie. 🐾💛 If you’d like something similar, feel free to get in touch. 📩😊
