What a fascinating session with this young man. This is Wagu and he recently went missing for a little while, thankfully he is home now. During our session he told us where he had been and what had led him there. He explained why he ended up in the house where he was found and also his happiness at being home.

we then went on to find out more from Wagu about who he is and what his needs and wants are. he is very knowledgeable about plants and plant medicine and shared some of his wisdom with us for our own healing but also for him to keep him in tip top condition.

We discussed the possibility of having another cat in the family, especially if a house move happens soon and Wagu shared his thoughts about that. Letting our animal friends know when big life changes, like moving house, are happening helps them to prepare for this and not experience stress and anxiety when the event happens.

I'm sure you are all going to be very happy in your new abode Wagu, thank you for sharing your plant wisdom with us.

This lovely girl is Jessie. Jessie and I had a session recently and her human friends found out a lot about Jessie's past which explains the behaviour she has been displaying recently.

We learnt why she is nervous around men and why she doesn't like things that look like lunging whips. We also got a better understanding of how she feels in her stable and in the arena too.

Knowing these things about the animals we share our lives with helps us to support them to become happy and confident and gives them the space they need to process their pasts and build a bright future.

Thank you for connecting with me Jessie.

This beauty is Larna. Larna works part time in a riding school and also has her own human friend who looks after her and also rides her. During her session we spoke about her feelings about the riding school and how she adapts to different riders.

Larna has a choice of saddles and bridles and her human friend wanted to know Larna's thoughts on each and which she prefers. Larna was able to share her thoughts which will help her human friend make choices Larna is happy with.

Lately Larna has been displaying some unwanted behaviour when going to her field and coming back from the field to her stable. This behaviour is getting quite dangerous and her human friend wanted to know what is causing this and how to help. Larna went into detail about the incident that is causing the behaviour and we had quite a discussion about it. Measures can now be put in place to help Larna feel safer and hopefully reduce the need for the unwanted behaviour.

Larna had a foal when she was younger and she spoke about them in the session too which was lovely to hear. She also wanted some reassurance about her future as she has seen what has happened to other horses after retirement and she needed to know she would stay with her current human friend and not be sold on. We were able to give her as much reassurance as possible about this which made her feel much better.

It was great to connect with you Larna, thank you for sharing your story with me.

Beautiful Storm joined me for a session today. Storm has had some changes in her life and her human friend wanted to see how she is doing. There have been some health changes for Storm and she is currently on some medication which we discussed. Some of the side effects are not what Storm would want and so there is to be a discussion with her veterinary team about that.

Storm shares her field with another horse and we chatted about their relationship as well as Storm's thoughts about her routine and the introduction of a new person to help out with some of the heavy jobs. Storm is happy with that but did suggest some boundaries she would like to have in place as well as requesting that she meets the person too before any decisions were made.

We talked about Storm's food and she made a request in terms of how her bucket feed is prepared, she prefers it to be a little bit wetter for ease of swallowing, that will happen immediately for Storm.

Being able to find out our animal friends' preferences during a communication session is so important and means we can make their lives as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Thank you for connecting with me Storm, it was a pleasure.

I love this photo of Marty. Marty has two human friends who look after him and he also provides a service in a riding school. Both of Marty's human friends joined him for his session and we had a great chat.

We spoke about Marty's role in the riding school and answered his questions as well as took on requests Marty had that will be passed on to the riding school instructors.

We also talked about Marty's life away from his riding school duties and the activities he enjoys as well as his health and how he feels about his saddle and bridle. When a saddle is fitted to a horse, it is important to make sure the saddle is suitable for the rider as well as the horse. This is of course more complicated when multiple riders are involved so it was good to hear how Marty felt his saddle fitted him.

Marty has a past injury and it was important to spend some time focussing on that to ensure he is comfortable and to see if he needs any further support. He also spoke about some other physical sensations he experiences which were concerning his human friends. They now have a much better understanding of why Marty does some of the things he does and how to support him when riding.

Such an insightful session, thank you Marty.

**Update** I am very sad to say that just a few days after his session Marty passed away having experienced colic, a condition where the horse's gut twists. During his session he mentioned a stitch in his side which his human friends made enquiries about but unfortunately the colic was too strong. RIP Marty.

Great session with Tom today. Tom and I have spoken before and today was a check in to see how he is doing. I'm pleased to say he is very well indeed and loving his carefree life full of food, sunshine and adoration.

Another animal in Tom's household has been poorly recently and Tom wanted his human friend to know he is concerned even though the two animals are not super close.

Tom likes to sit on a bench in his front garden and is often admired by people as they go past, which he loves. The house is known by the local children as The Cat House.

Tom and his human friend have a lovely relationship and Tom feels like he is not 'owned' but rather that he just lives with a friend, this was so lovely to pass on.

I hope you enjoy your chicken and pilchard treats in the days to come Tom. It was a pleasure to talk to you again.

Another lovely boy who had a session online recently, meet Tommy.

Tommy has a new human friend and they wanted to ask him about his past as well as gaining an understanding of what he enjoys and how best to make him happy.

We spoke about his health and his food as well as how he feels about where he lives and who he lives with.

Getting to know our animal friends in this way can make the bonds we have with them so much stronger. Tommy is a sensitive soul and it was so lovely to hear the questions his human friend wanted to ask him and how Tommy felt about being properly seen and understood. I know you are going to have a life full of love Tommy.

Such a lovely session with Merlin today. Merlin was very focussed on his human family and shared information about things he wanted them to be aware of such as checking out recent tooth pain and headaches and also wanting to know who goes where at night.

I begin each session by listening to what the animals want to say first and Merlin spent this part of the session focussing on his family rather than himself. This was also the case at the end of the session when asked if he would like a new dog to join the family. He was much more concerned about how the other humans felt rather than himself.

It was a blessing for me to feel how important family is to Merlin, he is such a proud boy and feels like he has been instrumental in the development of the young people in the house (which he most certainly has).

As well as talking about his family, we discussed Spaniel Club and the activities he enjoys there, as well as his fun times at the dog field. Merlin feels quite sensitive around his back and that led to a discussion about harnesses. Merlin isn't a fan and his human friend and I talked about harness shape and making sure dog's shoulders are free in a harness.

I often share posts about the best shape of harness for dogs. It is the Y shaped harness, not the kind that go across the chest. The ones across the chest restrict the shoulder and can cause pain and suffering in time. Unfortunately one of the most popular brands is this shape and so I see many dogs wearing them. Please check the shape of your dog harnesses and make sure they are a Y that goes between the front legs.

Nowadays Merlin doesn't wear any harness at all so he doesn't have to worry about it.

Thank you so much for sharing the love today Merlin, it was a joy to feel that from you.

Handsome Bomgaars joined me for a session from the USA. We have spoken on several occasions and this time his human friend wanted to talk to him about his health and the activities he would like to do in the future.

There were several options for him to consider and he had some questions of his own while he contemplated the options.

Bomgaars has made some decisions recently meaning some of the activities he used to do are not not viable for him, which he seems to be quite pleased with. Thankfully there is a very important job for him to do which he enjoys and will start again very soon.

Thank you for connecting and sharing your thoughts Bomgaars.

A lovely session with Scruffy today. Scruffy is in spirit and we had a great session chatting about his life and his passing too. We had some laughs, especially about his name as his original owners thought they were getting a Jack Russell puppy. What a surprise for them as he just kept growing.

Scruffy was able to reassure his human friend about his health before his passing and gave some interesting details about the reactions he had at the end.

During the session Scruffy brought a bright purple balloon to spread some joy and happiness as well as a lemon drizzle cake he knew his human friend was thinking about making.

It is amazing when animals bring such details to the session, his human friend has been looking at a lemon drizzle cake recipe in the last few days and now promises to make it in his memory.

Connecting with animals in spirit is always an honor and speaking to this handsome lad was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for connecting with me Scruffs.
