Update ; it looks like a rescue has stepped in, finger crossed xx

Urgent 🚨
Another late night call, another dog in desperate need of help

13 year old , Akita x Labrador will be PTS on Friday if no home is found.

We have been told she is good with dogs and lived with disabled children with no issues

Over the years I’ve took on so so many PTS cases but the financial burden has always been mine to bear and unfortunately it is not something I can do this time around.

If you can’t help home this sweet old girl please please share the post for her.

🧺 INVICTUS WINTER TOWEL APPEAL! 🐾

Winter is coming… which at Invictus means lots of wet dogs, muddy paws and an absolutely ridiculous amount of washing! 😂🌧️

So before you throw out any old towels, WE WANT THEM!

We’re looking for donations of old bath towels to help us get through the wet and muddy months ahead.

They absolutely do not need to be pretty or matching , faded, stained, ancient and destined for the bin is absolutely fine. As long as they’re clean and still capable of drying a soggy dog, we’ll happily give them a second life! 🐕💦

If you have any lurking in the back of the airing cupboard, please bring them along next time you’re at Invictus.

The dogs (and our washing machine) will be very grateful! 😂

Thank you ❤️
Team Invictus
