Buzz being a brave little sausage! 🌭

Buzz had a fantastic 121 session today learning how to communicate with other dogs about needing space, check in with his mum when he needed extra help, and learn just how brave he can be around new dogs when given the time and patience to move at his own pace ❤️

Special thanks to Hunter for his help as a big silly stooge dog.

Now taking bookings throughout November for 121 training and behaviour support. 07720294832.

Tonights experiment - pumpkin flavour pumpkin shaped dog treats!

I think they turned out quite well! The shapes held better than expected. A little paler than I wanted. I'll be trying this recipe again but adding something extra to try to deepen the colour to more orange.

Tricks Club, fancy being my taste testers tomorrow? 🥰

Navigating your dog's adolescence can be different for everyone, from being a total breeze to being extemely challenging. This is why I'm not a fan of generic catch-all advise. Techniques that work for you may not work for someone else, and very much depends on breed, genetics, and life experiences.

Hormonal shifts and changes in your dogs brain wiring can lead to selective hearing, low frustration tolerance, and testing boundaries.

During this time it is advisable to adjust your training expectations and goals, go back to basics for a little while, and focus on bonding with your dog through play and having fun together.
