Meet Boris everyone 👋

Now Boris has been on a little journey with us as he was not a fan of being groomed.
He had spent some time away from a professional groomer after a traumatic experience that led to him being fearful of restraint and the grooming equipment.
His mum and dad had tried their best to keep him trimmed at home but his fear had not allowed them to prevent the mats building up in his coat.

We decided to start slowly with his first session of desensitisation with no actual grooming to take place. So he sat for a good 30/40 minutes in the entrance to the salon waiting for his mum to come back for him. However the chicken temptation was just too much and he finally gave in, with chicken and some reassurance we made it to the grooming table.

Challenging as it was by his 2nd and 3rd appointment he had come on leaps and bounds and is now looking alot better. His mummy is even getting him a new collar as without all that fluff he doesn’t need one so big anymore 🥰

I will always try my best with any dog that comes to me for grooming. So if you have a pooch that has been tricky for a groomer or just needs a little more time it is not a problem.

Bath, dry, groom, complete ✅ Winston has been such a good boy and looks absolutely fabulous with his short hair cut for the summer. We are working on his home grooming to grow him back out ready for winter (these things take planning).

Mummy likes his long face and ears so we are keeping them and blending into a shorter body. He loves his towel cuddles after his bath 🛁

This is Chloe, now as one of my senior dogs she likes to have a little rest during our grooms so we had a little cuddle while she had lay down and the next thing she was fast asleep 😴 so we took a little longer break than normal while she enjoyed her snooze.

If you have a senior dog that needs a little longer time and a rest during grooming this is not a problem and I will accommodate any dog with their individual needs 🥰

Meet Rusty, he came for a last minute groom today 🥰 he was an absolute 💎 he was bath, dried, had a de-shed and a quick tidy up. Thank you to his mummy for the photos when he got home 😍 he stood up lovely for his before photo in the 🛁.

Note about last minute appointments - wherever possible I will accommodate the best I can but please understand I do have school runs and other business admin for CLT Joinery to do so please, please, please book in advance where possible 🙏 I will always try my best to get a convenient time for you and your pooch 😘

These 3 sisters came for a little trim today, here they are waiting for mummy to collect them after their cuts …. They were all so well behaved, and enjoyed watching eachother being groomed whilst they waited their turn.

I will be offering professional, caring grooming services designed to keep your dog clean, comfortable, and looking their best. Every dog is treated with patience, kindness, and individual attention. While I am working towards my level 3 award qualification, I will be under the supervision of another fully qualified groomer.

Services include:
