🐾 Why is hand stripping good for some dogs? 🐾

Hand stripping removes old, loose hairs from a wiry coat, making room for fresh hair to grow. It helps keep the coat’s natural colour and lovely coarse texture. ✨

It’s suitable for some wire-haired breeds, but every dog’s coat is different. We’ll always check what’s right for your dog first. 🐶

We also offer hand stripping at Hopewells Groom Room! If you’d like to know whether it’s suitable for your dog, send us a message. 💛
