I am gutted to be writing this post, a couple days ago I received the news that beautiful Nancy had crossed rainbow bridge 🌈

Although I love all the dogs, sometimes one comes along and touches your heart in a different way, Miss Nancy Pants was that girl! I have spent the last couple years doing regular petsits for Nancy and her furry siblings and from that first meet she stole my heart 🩷

Nancy was an absolute riot, completely bonkers and the most loving, cuddly girl who had zero desire for personal space 😂
She would greet you with the biggest, happiest smile and lay on you til your legs went dead! She would have you in stitches when she would hear certain songs and sing along 🎤🎵
She would give you the raging side eye when you had the audacity to try and eat alone or sit on the couch by yourself, that was absolutely not allowed 😂

Sending out the biggest hugs to her mum and furry siblings 🥰

Keep causing havoc and being your crazy self over rainbow bridge sweet girl 🩷

I received the sad news that one of my regular cats Charlie Brown has crossed rainbow bridge 😿
She was the sweetest girl, always the first of her house to greet me with the tiniest meow and head butts. At her grand old age of 24 she still loved to chase the red dot pen and loved a good fuss 🩷

Wow today was hot hot hot 🔥

We decided to head out nice and early to avoid the heat as much as possible, first up was a nice stroll along the farm track with Charlie who thought we needed at least a few chases of his ball 🥎

Then it was off to the field for new girl Winnie to meet her new friends, a few of the boys decided they really liked her and needed a lead time out 🤦‍♀️
They all had a blast and got on well, there was some posing, chasing and lots of new sniffs to explore as we hadn’t been to this field for a while 😊

Last up was a pop in visit for Isla the sun worshipper who enjoyed just relaxing in her garden 😎

Tuesday walks were a chilled out affair, Charlie topped and tailed the day with a gentle morning stroll around the park with lots of sniffs and a quick evening toilet walk as it was far too warm for a big walk 😎

The morning and lunch groups headed out together and decided they were too roasty toasty for their usual shenanigans so had a potter round the field, a few games of ‘find it’ , lots of rolling and water hose chasing for Evie and Murph 🐾

Today’s walks, the lunchtime gang headed to Dean Farm Dog Park and were very excited as little Bonnie was back after a wee while off! She and Murph wasted no time in getting back to their old tricks of chasing each other at lightening speed around the field! The rest of the gang got the memo that it was far too warm for zoomies so we played some games of ‘find it’ to get the noses working instead of chasing 😂 , we practised our sit/stays and even some down/stays, they all did super well (there was no bribery with chicken… honest 😂)

We also said a quick hello to our pals from DogFellas who were arriving in the field next door as we were getting ready to leave 😊

Then a nice slow wander with Charlie as we explored a new track that we’ve walked past many times, it was lovely and shaded and Charlie loved all the new sniffs 😊
