Thank you Karen for sharing such lovely thoughts on our lesson today 💖

What can I say, this lady is such an exceptional instructor. Not only teaching to connect with my horse but she has a brilliant understanding of the rider biomechanics acting as a human body therapist, with specific body movements helping me to release painful hip/groin all whilst I am actually riding. Now I am free of discomfort.
The best accolade coming from my osteopath who told me she 'enjoyed working' with my instructor even though they have never met
She sees so much an adjusts her teaching to help us both improve.

Focus on you and your horse. What do you feel? What do you think? Trust your gut instinct. And then ask for help from a professional. Then ask yourself again who do I ask. Make sure they are for you and your horse. ###

"When you have finished your training session, give the horse the rein and go out on the road for a walk. Half an hour, up and down. Give the horse this hard ground and you will get strong hooves, good joints, strong tendons and a healthy horse." ~ Gerd Heuschmann

Please just listen to your horse. Let feel come through. Stop thinking. I should.Horse should. Just think are we together? Can we? Yes you can. Please get in touch if you would like to make that connection ###
