Today we celebrate my main man George’s 8th birthday! 🎂❤️

It’s a bittersweet feeling, as I’m writing this with the heaviest of hearts.

This week, I experienced every dog groomer’s worst nightmare, a dog passing away in my arms. I’m heartbroken and struggling to process # it. 💔 I love every dog that comes through my door, and sometimes that love means carrying the heartbreak too.

To lose a dog while they were in my care has left me feeling completely devastated and honestly, broken. It’s something I know I will carry with me for a very long time.

It’s a reminder of just how precious our dogs are, and how deeply we love them.

So today, I’m holding my George a little tighter and feeling incredibly grateful for him. ❤️ Sleep peacefully lovely boy Rufus ❤️‍🩹

Just a little update from me…

Firstly, thank you all for being so patient with me! It’s been a bit of a juggling act trying to fit everyone in with this heat, but I’m doing my best to make sure everyone gets an appointment.

Unfortunately, once it gets to around 11:30am, my grooming room just gets far too hot to work in safely. As much as I’d love to keep going, I’d never risk any of the dogs becoming too hot or unwell – their safety always comes first. ❤️

I’m also now fully booked until mid-August, so if you’re thinking about booking in, please don’t leave it too long!

Lots of you have started block booking for the rest of the year to make sure you’ve got your appointments secured. If that’s something you’d like to do too, just send me a message and I’ll get you sorted.

Just a little reminder that I work Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

🐶 Just a little booking reminder 🐶

I’m so grateful to be super busy at the moment and currently not able to take on any new dogs.

To keep your preferred grooming days and times, I kindly recommend having at least two appointments booked ahead.

I’m also away on holiday for a week, which will give me some time to catch up on messages and get everyone’s future appointments sorted 💛

If you’d like to arrange your next grooms, please drop me a message for future bookings and I’ll get you booked in.
