Lovely to get client feedback, it means so much❤️🛁🐾

“Well what can I say...we adopted what we can only describe a matted ball of fluff on Saturday. I telephoned this morning and had Willow booked in for 2:30 this afternoon! Obviously she had never been to a groomer or been pampered. We received a call whilst she was there to say how she was doing, then a call to say that she could be collected. When we saw Willow we could not believe that it was our new little girl. A miracle had happened, she was such a happy little girl, running freely as she had no mats pulling at her skin. She had been absolutely spoiled rotten. We cannot recommend enough...and she is rebooked in again. Thank you so much for your caring and patience with Willow today ###”
