📸 Last weeks furtastic pups and moggies 🐈‍⬛

First week of June done ☑️ We’ve had every season of weather going! Some doggies we haven’t seen for a while came for walkies.. Nala and Blue, Gus is back for holiday walks.

A number of secure field hires at Evergreens and Bills place. A sleep over for Lulu and Walter, cat visits for Tilly and Poppy. Plus the van got two new front tyres and lower arm bushes and an MOT. 😅

A classic week of Great British dog walking! 🐾

Monday had us basking in glorious sunshine, while Tuesday’s showers and thunderstorms saw us taking cover along the nearest hedge line! ☀️➡️🌧️⚡

One thing’s for sure, whether it’s sun cream or waterproofs, dog walkers have to be prepared for everything. Luckily, the dogs don’t seem to mind what the weather’s doing! 🐶🐾

☀️ Heatwave week…The end of May’s puurrfect floofs.

We did a lot of early morning walks, thanks to our owners for letting us pick up from 6:30am we stuck to walks where there was water for a swim, or tree covered paths. Lots of extra water taken with us and all the pups kept cool and went home before it got too hot.

Our normal lunchtime walks turned to home visits, for garden breaks, play, treat finding or just that extra bit of TLC and attention 💜🩷🐾

Cats visits, over night stay for Pumpkin, two secure field sessions and two new tyres for Bluey 🚐 we packed a lot into a four day week. Here’s to some cooler days this week.

📸 Last weeks pawtraits…

We had a few over night stays for Big Teddy and his pal Frank 🐈‍⬛. Our Monday groups had some chilled walks, and lunch time we took everyone to Bills Place for off lead freedom.

Plus we had our usual slots at evergreen which all the pups enjoy. By Friday it was getting hot 🔥 and we started walks earlier to beat the heat and some cooled off in the pool. More pics on our Facebook to spot your pup 🐶

📸 Last week’s Pawtos… 🐾

Featuring four new doggies! Little Winnie has gained a brother, Snoopy 🐶💛

Ernie has been enjoying some “get to know me” visits and walks, as he needs a little extra time to build trust with Mia before she can help his pawrents with holiday cover ✨

Plus, new girls Daphne and Rosie have been having lunchtime home visits to help break up their day 🏡🐾

And of course, all our lovely regular pups have made it another fabulous week, from solo walks, secure field sessions, garden playtime to group adventures and weekend walks 🐕🌿☀️

🩷💜 May’s DITL.. of a dog walker with the Pups & Ponies Team!

We actually had three regular dogs on holiday this day but as we can be flexible, we filled some spaces with six ad hoc dogs and one change of walking day. This was a 6:30am start and finish at 4pm for Mia plus a few hours of admin in the evening.

🐾 Last week we thought we would see what the dogs reactions were when Becky and Mia faked becoming unwell…

The reality was Hugo saw an opportunity and he took it, Reggie was happy to give mouth to mouth, while Otis was just here for the butt sniffs 🙈

Let’s hope we never become unwell as who knows what they would do.
