📸 Last week of August! I can’t believe where the time is going and what a week Dave and Becky have had. From sunshine to showers and even downpours they’ve managed it all. A huge thank you to them both for looking after all our pups.

We’ve also done cat visits this week for Jolene and baby cat, covered Snoop and Marley for Jackie for her day off. Archie had a last minute request for walkies and we love to see him so we couldn’t say no.

Beau also had some extra tlc from Dave as he had an afternoon sit with him so he wasn’t on his own too long.

📩 We have some availability for extra walks or potentially new clients starting in September. Further updates to come next week.

We had the pleasure of golden Labradors Pumpkin and Winnie join us for holiday walks and they paired well with Otis. 🧡

Rocky continues to grow into a giant Labrador! We started some walks back on the sea wall and the dogs have loved going for a dip!

Mia’s Rolo went to his first grade 3 show got three clears and made it to the finals, for 5th place overall. A big thank you for everyone changing walks last minute to accommodate us being able to attend.

📸 Pawsome Pics from last week!!

Some of lovely clients…We had Lulu, Angel and Daisy 🐈🐈‍⬛🐟🐠 in for a 🏡 sit. Plenty of walks/home visits and we managed to work around a 5th heatwave with our fabulous team starting early with the exception of Friday when it was one walk and done which did mean we opened Saturday for some morning group walks.

So far we are loving the cooler weather this week and everyone is bringing their big smiles and cheekiness back!

I had the absolute honour of taking Luna to her pawrents wedding, where she had the very special job of carrying the rings down the aisle at the stunning Friern Manor. 💍🐾

Luna had her morning walk with me before I picked her up and took her to the venue. The organisers were fantastic, making sure we had a shady spot and plenty of water while I kept Luna calm and relaxed ahead of her big debut. 🤍

After the ceremony, Luna enjoyed some photos with the newlyweds and even got to be part of the flower bouquet! 🌸📸 We then headed home so I could give Luna her dinner and make sure she had everything she needed before family arrived later.

🥂 Thank you for having us be part of your very special day. It was such an honour to help Luna play her part in making your wedding day extra special. 🤍🐾

Becky has recently been looking after Otis and Eric 🐀 and they have really enjoyed pea 🫛 fishing a great tasty treat and a way to keep them cooler in the warm weather.

Did you know rats are highly intelligent. 🧠 Rats can learn their names, solve puzzles, navigate mazes, and remember solutions to problems.

They can form strong bonds with people. Many pet rats enjoy being handled and come running when their favourite human appears. 🩷

Preparing for our Netflix Documentary… “How to stay Alive, Dog Walker Edition”

A track we always walk.. just a reminder to be aware of your surroundings. Different times of year our routes all have different seasonal obstacles to think about.

Sometimes it’s mud, high water tides, sunny spots with no shade, grass snakes 🐍 on the seawall or in this case 🚜 during harvest.

Stay vigilant and keep your doggies safe.

📸 This weeks stars (last week of July) 🌟 well some of them more added to FB.

Mia and Becky started the week with early groups and we made it just in time to get some straw bale snaps. Harvest is in full swing in our area.

Lucy & Luna are back for twice daily cat visits for feeds, fresh water, let out/in tray cleans. 🧼 We’ve also had Donnie 🐢 and Stevie 🐹 and some more piggies in wakering, each one getting a little manicure for their nails too.

Dave took charge of our ashingdon and rochford pups who all know him as the treat whisper… he’s also became a Grandad again so many Congratulations from us all 🙌

We covered walks for two other dog walkers this week that we’re on holiday.. Jackie and Jodi. It’s been a pleasure looking after Snoop, Marley, big Teddy, Tommy, Chilli and Daisy.

A few cooler days to come next week hopefully 🤞🏻 but we will still be checking that temperature daily and offering early walks and pop-ins over lunch slots.
