‼️CANCELLATION TOMORROW @11:30 & Wednesday ‼️

12/10/2026

I hate to moan on a Monday morning, but this needs to be said.

Over the last week alone, I’ve had over 12 no-shows or same-day cancellations. This isn’t just frustrating, it’s disheartening as it directly affects the livelihood of myself and three other girls who rely on their appointments to earn a living.

I completely understand that things happen and sometimes plans change, but this is becoming silly and far too often now. Appointments are reserved specifically for your dogs, and when you don’t turn up or cancel at the last minute, that’s time we could have offered to another client.

We are a business, and this is our livelihood, not just a hobby. We put time, effort and care into every appointment, and we deserve the same respect in return.

Please respect our time as we respect yours. If you cannot make your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.

Thank you to all our loyal clients who continue to support us and value the work we do. ❤️🐾
