Oil of the month: Roman Chamomile

Not all essential oils are suitable for dog-friendly homes 🐾

That’s why, each month, I share one essential oil I carefully choose for Little Paws.

I use Chamomile because it has a soft, gentle scent that’s often associated with calm, comforting environments when used thoughtfully. Every oil I choose is carefully researched and selected with dogs in mind first, not just how it smells to us.

Why Roman chamomile can suit dog-friendly homes:

• A light, soothing scent when used correctly
• Often linked with calm, settled spaces
• Used in very gentle blends with careful dilution

As always, balance matters. Dogs experience scent far more strongly than humans, which is why fragrance strength is always kept low.

Educational Fact:
Roman Chamomile is commonly associated with calm environments, but like all oils, it must be used gently and never overpower a dogs' natural scent space.

WOW ! That was a wet walk today - don't think the dogs were impressed with me 😄. To make up for getting so wet we popped to Bunny & Bear to dry off & warm up with pup cups (hot chocolate for me). Loving the personalised biscuits

Hope you had a good weekend.

Chester & I had a lovely weekend catching up with friends 💕

Chester enjoyed an afternoon tea with his bestie, Lucas 🐶 at
the boys enjoyed themselves.

Sunday, Chester met up with his friend from puppy school & his other friends he hasn't seen in ages. It was great watching them all run & play. It was also lovely for me to catch up with friends I haven't seen for ages.

A good weekend- let's see what the week brings 🤔
