Meet Bruno! He was in with us today at Heywood for a weigh check, flea and worming. He is a VIP on the Pet Health Scheme. Which means that his flea and worming treatment was included and he received 15% off his new dummy style kong toy 💙 😁

We're looking for a Full time RVN to join our existing 7 Rvn's and 2 Svn's team from January 2027, to cover maternity leave.

Whilst our nurse is living her dream of becoming a mum you will be providing care and attention to our patients, during consultations, with in patients and pre, during and post surgery.

Your shifts will be split between the busy main practice, during which you will be working as part of a team of 4/5 nurses, 3 vets and 3 receptionists and the branch surgery where you will be with 1 vet and 1 receptionist.

We have the usual operating facilities with Xray, ultrasound, dental suite, separate dog and cat wards and in house lab. One of the branch surgeries has a hydrotherapy pool so that our hydrotherapist can treat our own patients for rehabilitation and ongoing medical conditions.

We offer a set rota with the same day/half day off every week. We do not open on bank holidays or OOH. We expect each nurse to do one late night per week, as we have 6 late nights in total over the 3 branches. Weekends, only the main surgery is open on Saturday mornings 9am - 12 noon and our nurses work 1 in 3 on a flexible rota.

We will cover RCVS fees, VDS membership and CPD expenses.

Please email CV's with covering letter to [email protected]

💙 Meet the gorgeous Denzil 💙

He's been having hydrotherapy to help manage osteoarthritis in his elbows, keeping him moving and building strength while taking the pressure off those sore joints 🐾

And what's his favourite part? The treats of course! He's definitely decided that swimming is much more enjoyable when snacks are involved 😉

Keep up the good work handsome! 🐶
