🍂✨ The leaves are falling & the clocks go back this Sunday! 🕰️
Time to dig out those cosy winter coats & sturdy wellies — wet‑weather season is here! 🥾🌧️

Our opening hours stay the same for now: 8 am – 8 pm 🐾
We’ve got winter prep ready for you: we’ve added a handy dog wash in the car park to clean off all those muddy paws before you head home! 🐶💦

If you get caught in a sudden downpour, pop into our barn for shelter! ☔ There’s our fun treat wall to keep those clever pups busy, plus agility equipment to burn off extra energy too 🎯🐕

☕ We also have hot drinks for you to purchase, plus dog treats available to buy for the treat wall.

🐾 DOG FIELD & BARN OPENING HOURS 🐾

We’ve decided to keep our opening hours the same for now — 8am–8pm every day! 🐶🌿

We know our evening sessions are really popular, so we want to keep giving you the flexibility to enjoy the field later in the day, especially as the evenings start getting darker. 🌙

💡 The barn does have lighting, but the field itself does not though the entrance is lit from the lighting on the barn.

We have added solar lights around the perimeter of the field to provide some extra visibility, but we would still advise bringing a torch with you for your evening sessions. 🔦

WHY THE 10-MINUTE BUFFER? 🐾

A quick reminder for everyone using Dog Field & Barn:

🕐 Your booking is 50 minutes — starting on the hour and ending at 50 minutes past.

🚫 The 10-minute buffer belongs to nobody. It allows us to inspect the field and gives you time to leave the field and car park without meeting the next car.

🚗 Arriving early? Please wait in the lay-by at the bottom of the lane until your booking time.

⏰ At 50 minutes past, please leave the field immediately and exit the car park. Nobody should remain in the field beyond their booked 50 minutes.

This is especially important as some dogs can be reactive, and keeping arrivals and departures separate helps keep everyone safe and stress-free. 🐶💕

UPDATE - the barn is now finished so no more workmen on site during the weekdays. Back to normal 😀

‼️Access to the barn is restricted today as the workmen finish off the brickwork which should all be completed today. If you are coming specifically to use the barn please contact me and I can change your session ‼️

The field is accessible and ready to use as normal.

🚧🐾 Important Notice 🐾🚧

From Wednesday 17th, for approximately 3 weeks, contractors will be on site finishing the brickwork around the barn 🧱🏡

👷‍♂️ The workmen will be using a small section of the car park as their working area and will be starting around the back of the barn.

✅ The barn and field will remain fully accessible and can be used as normal.

🐶 However, if your dog is likely to be distracted by the workmen or building activity, we recommend booking the field:
🌅 After 5pm on weekdays
🌳 Or at weekends
