No walks will be conducted today due to the temperature.
Dogs that have owners home, I’ll see hopefully tomorrow morning instead.

Dogs with no owners home, I’ll be in for pop in visits only today.

The 13th and 20th of August I’ll be off work for pre activation and activation training for my insulin pump. 🙌
Unfortunately, those days you will need to seek alternative care for your puppers and I’ll be back in between and after.

Client Payment & Scheduling Policy

Effective from 1st September

1. Weekly Payment Retainer for Regular Clients

To secure your dog’s regular walking slot, 50% of your usual weekly fee will be required in the event of any planned time off.
This includes:

• Holidays
• Short‑term breaks
• Cancellations for any reason

This retainer ensures your dog’s slot remains reserved and cannot be offered to another client during your absence.

2. Ad‑Hoc Clients

This policy does not apply to ad‑hoc clients.
Ad‑hoc bookings remain flexible and are charged only when walks are scheduled.

3. Cancellation Notice

All clients must continue to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will still be charged at the full rate.

4. Notice for Ending Services

If you wish to end your regular walking arrangement, a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required.

5. Implementation Timeline

These changes will take effect from 1st September, providing just over one month’s notice for all clients to review and prepare for the updated policy.

Reviewing tomorrow’s temperature and short schedule, I am cancelling sessions.

I’ll message clients individually in the morning.

Mondays schedule is going to be an hour earlier than usual.
First session at 9am
Second session will be at 10:30am to beat the heat.

The temperature is unreasonable for the dogs from 12pm.

I’ll message clients to ensure everyone is aware.
