🐾💧 Your dog’s safety comes first, every single day. 💧🐾
When your dog comes to us for hydrotherapy, you can be confident that we take water quality incredibly seriously.
It’s not just about keeping the pool looking clean, we also regularly monitor the microbiological quality of our water too.
🧪 Every month, our pool water is sent to an independent UKAS-accredited laboratory for microbiological testing. This gives us an additional layer of reassurance that our water is meeting the required standards keeping us and your dogs safe.
As you can see from the attached photo, as always our latest laboratory results were excellent:
✅ E. coli: 0
✅ Total coliforms: 0
✅ Pseudomonas aeruginosa: 0 confirmed
✅ Total viable count: just 1 CFU/ml
The laboratory report concludes that the microbiological results are acceptable, with no action required, in accordance with the Code of Practice for Swimming Pool Water.
And our checks don’t stop there...
💧 Our therapists test the pool water three times every day as part of our routine water-quality monitoring, checking the important parameters needed to maintain a clean, healthy and well-balanced environment.
So while your dog is busy receiving their therapy, we’re busy behind the scenes making sure their environment is properly monitored too. 🐶❤️
