The Travelling Dog Trainer U.K.

24/10/2026

As of tomorrow, both the Halloween party and the workshop will be available to book via my brand new website. In the meantime I have a payment link for the Halloween Party but having a slight issue with the link for the workshop, unless you want to book 10 places (there is only a maximum of 6 spaces available on workshops).

Keep your dogs safe in this horrible weather.
I have got a webinar coming soon that will give you lots of ideas on how to keep your dogs entertained when the weather is too bad to go outside for their normal exercise.

Who doesn’t love a trip to IKEA?

🐾 WE’RE BACK! AND THERE’S SO MUCH TO COME! 🐾

It’s been a little quieter over here lately, but behind the scenes, I’ve been busy planning lots of exciting things for The Travelling Dog Trainer! ❤️

From fun training workshops and themed events to new adventures, exciting opportunities and plenty of ways to help you and your dog learn, grow and have fun together, there’s lots happening over the coming months!

And what better way to get things going again than with TWO Halloween events next Saturday? 🎃👻

🐾 10am — Halloween Tricks & Training Workshop
🎃 11am — Halloween Dog Party

Both events are taking place at sit.stay.play in Rhyl, and I’d love to see you there!

I’ll be sharing more details about these events and everything else I’ve been working on over the coming days, so make sure you’re following along.

Let’s get back to training, learning and having fun together! 🐶❤️

A little bit of 1:1 training out and about with Dexter today. He finds life stressful being out and about without Indie. He has settled in starbucksuk but wasn’t to sure about having a pupcup today.

🐾✨ WE’VE ENTERED RHYL’S GOT TALENT! ✨🐾

I’ve got some exciting news… Indie and I are taking to the stage! 🎭🐶

We’ve entered Rhyl’s Got Talent and I’m so excited to be putting together a brand-new routine with my little superstar. 💃🐾

But there’s one thing I’m stuck on…

WE NEED A NAME! 🤔

I’m looking for a name for our dog performance act — something fun, memorable and a little bit special.

And there’s one important thing…

I don’t want the name to be just about Indie, as this is something I’d love to develop beyond this one talent show. I’m hoping to perform at different events in the future, and potentially have other dogs join the act too. 🐶🐶🐶

So I’m looking for something that could grow with us!

It could be:
✨ Fun and playful
✨ Clever or catchy
✨ Dog-themed
✨ Performance/theatre inspired
✨ Something completely unexpected!

I want to hear your ideas! 👇

What would you call a dog performance act like ours?

Drop your suggestions in the comments — you might just help us choose our official name! 🐾❤️

And if you come up with something brilliant, I may even give you a little shout-out when we announce the winner! 😉

🎭🐾 Let the name brainstorming begin…

Step one of acclimatizing the pack for our big solo adventures! 🐾
We’ve done plenty of motorway service station car parks before, but today was a major milestone: the dogs’ very first time actually going inside one.
They patiently waited just outside the toilets while people passed by. True to form, Indie thought the entire building was a venue set up specifically for her to get endless belly rubs and fuss from strangers. Dexter needed a couple of minutes to take in the noise and busy atmosphere, but once he processed it all, he settled right down like a pro.
Building up their confidence now so they’re fully ready for when it’s just the three of us hitting the open road together. Next stop, the rest of our journey! 🚐✨
