Important information for Community vet clients Aura is due to go visiting her family so there will be no clinic
7th sept-21st sept 26 if you pets are on repeat medication you will need to see the vet at least a week or 2 before for an appointment or to place an order.

If your pet requires emergency care in that time period you can visit the nearest vet for urgent or emergency care!
Please book your appointment asap before Auras annual leave for clinic or repeats 01745 571061. 24 hours answer phone for call back:

Think very carefully before you take your dog on a walk this week. With a rare red heat warning being issued in parts of the UK, hot pavements and high temperatures can quickly put dogs at risk 💔

Please share this post to reach more dog owners.

Hold the back of your hand to the ground for several seconds. If it's too hot for you, it's too hot for your dog's paws.

Walk dogs during the coolest times of the day, such as early morning or late evening. On exceptionally hot days, it may be best to avoid walks altogether and instead focus on enrichment activities and keeping your dog cool and comfortable at home.

Handsome 4-year-old Louie the Shih Tzu was in with us for his castration recently 💙 He was an absolute star throughout his procedure and recovery—full of tail wags and charm!

Louie has now recovering at home feeling much better, sporting his stylish recovery suit to help keep him comfortable while he heals 🐶✨

We wish Louie a smooth and speedy recovery—plenty of rest, cuddles, and maybe a few extra treats (don’t tell!) 😉
