OWNER NOW FOUND

Very sadly, we have had a deceased cat handed to us at Redhill who was unfortunately hit by a car. They are a neutered male, ginger in colour. They are not microchipped or wearing a collar. They were found on the A23 close to the entrance of Earlswoods community recycling centre. Please call us if you think they may be yours.

Today is Veterinary Receptionists Appreciation Day, so we wanted to take a moment to celebrate and appreciate our wonderful team of receptionists!

The word "receptionist" never really does justice to everything they do. They are so much more than the friendly faces at the front desk. From managing the diary and preparing medications, to answering the phones, helping clients, dealing with emergencies that walk through the door, comforting worried owners, and making sure every pet receives the warmest welcome and the well deserved fuss they deserve when they arrive.

Our reception team are often the first point of contact for our clients and the ones who help keep everything moving behind the scenes. Their kindness, patience, organisation and dedication make such a difference every single day.

Thank you for everything you do, and for being such an incredible part of our team. We appreciate you today and every day! 💙

Here's a little sunshine for this dreary Wednesday morning!

Meet Nellie, who had 3 gorgeous puppies on Saturday night. Priory stepped in to help Nellie when one pup got a little stuck trying to make their way into the world. Amanda and the team had to perform an emergency c section to get the little one out.

We are please to report that Nellie and her puppies are all doing fantastically. Superstar mum 🤎
