So proud of our dear friend and colleague Cress, who received a special award in recognition of her contribution to the Veterinary Receptionist profession at the recent British Veterinary Receptionist award ceremony. We were honoured to accept it in her memory. Love you Cress!

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far. We just got down off the mountain yesterday and are still so elated at having achieved the climb. Probably the hardest physical challenge we have ever done. Thanks to an amazing team of guides and porters at Arusha based Mafie Adventures who supported us every step of the way and literally sang us to the top. It was such a beautiful and emotional journey. So glad we got to lay some of our wonderful boy Oli’s ashes to rest on the roof of Africa, a place he had always dreamed of going. ❤️

Our amazing vet Jess has made it to the top of Kilimanjaro, alongside family and friends in memory of her wonderful little boy Oli. They are raising money for Birmingham Children's Hospital who cared for Oli and supported the family in his final days.
Please join us in supporting them

Help is needed! This elderly lady has been handed into us a few days ago in desperate need of some medical care. She is feeling a little better but we would love to find her owner. She is chipped with a registered name of Oreo. The associated number and address are both no longer valid. Please help us reunite her with her owner🙏

Just to let our clients know we are having phone issues tonight and we believe that our overnight out of hours provider the Willows in Solihull are also experiencing phone line problems.
If you require urgent care over night please head straight to the Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service if you cannot reach them.
Our phone lines will be maned from 8.30am tomorrow
Thank you

Soaring temperatures this weekend means that heat stress is a real risk for dogs.

Schedule walks for early morning or late evening

Make sure your dogs have plenty of fresh water available

Don’t leave dogs in cars

Provide cool mats or paddling pools to help your dogs cool down

Enjoy the summer sun but keep your dogs safe❤️

That ‘harmless’ puddle could spell trouble for your dog. Leptospirosis spreads from direct or indirect contact with urine of dogs or rodents in water. Protect your dog from leptospirosis. Contact us to book your vaccination today.
Even healthy-looking dogs can spread disease, and adult dogs need yearly boosters to stay protected. Find out more: uk.mypet.com/vaccinate/
