Morning
A bit of housekeeping updates

PARKING
Please use the designated 3 spaces marked down all in pink for Pampered Pets. If they are all taken you are more than welcome to use parking in front of Da Vinci beds but please be mindful of sharing it with all clients.

ARRIVALS
As you know reception area isn't very big so when possible please do not enter when other dogs are present to avoid any issues.

Thank you for being awesome clients as always 🐾🐾💜

TICKS 🪳
They seem to be everywhere and we keep finding them daily
Rest assured I take them out safely and clean the entry point with antiseptic. Keep checking over your dog regularly to ensure they don't cause any issues!!

FLEAS
Again they seem to be active since early march and are much harder to get rid off.
Please note I don't groom dogs with fleas. If I spot them before you leave or before bath you would have to take your doggie home, treat it and further check are required before groom can carry on. If we spot them in the bath, your doggie will be washed in flea shampoo and groom completed (as dog has been inside of the premises for prolonged time already) but charge of £20 will apply to cover additional time needed as well as deep clean of the whole salon which is a must!
Please no fleas!
If you suspect or have seen fleas let me know. We have other clients to protect as well as our own dogs to watch out for. And my dog is allergic to flea bite 🥺
