New reservation and photo timings at Emerald Kingdom Siberians 💚
I know how exciting it is to follow a kitten’s journey—and how quickly you can fall in love with a tiny face. After careful consideration, I’m updating how our kittens are introduced and when reservations open.
🐾 Individual kitten photographs will begin from around nine weeks of age.
🐾 Reservations will open after each kitten has had their first veterinary health check and I have completed my breeding selections.
Why the timing is changing
The first weeks are incredibly important. They allow me to:
• Watch each kitten grow and develop
• Get to know their individual personality
• Complete their first veterinary health check
• Decide which kittens may remain at Emerald Kingdom for the future
These decisions need to be made before kittens are offered to pet homes, helping to prevent families from becoming attached to a kitten who may ultimately stay here.
For families on the waiting list
You are always welcome to share your preferences. However, individual kittens cannot be promised or reserved before allocation opens.
Once my breeding selections are complete, I will contact families with photographs and details of the available kittens so they can choose the companion who is the best fit for them.

Taking and organising photographs takes considerable time alongside the daily care, cleaning, socialisation and attention every litter needs. My priority is giving the kittens the best possible start.
After your kitten is reserved
I will keep you updated on your kitten’s progress and preparations for coming home, with further photographs shared when time allows.
Thank you for your understanding and for supporting this more considered approach. Every kitten means so much to me, and these changes allow me to make thoughtful decisions for their future and for the families welcoming them home. 💚
