Leo came in for his 6 weekly groom with aunty Elayne yesterday, we really do grow attached to your pets while the are with us 💕💕 he’s looks so cute ! X

Millie came in for her very first puppy intro groom with us yesterday 💕💕 I think we spent more time cuddling her ! She is a super cute biewer terrier if anyone is wondering wha breed she is 🐶 Suzanne Redman she was so well behaved and kept perfectly still for me while trimming her , she quite liked me putting on a baby voice 😅🤗💕 we love her already , thank you for bringing her in xx

Hi everyone , April is approaching, I am working on my price list for this tax year April 2026-2027 My rent has gone up a lot this year , and obviously bills , wages and all my equipment and shampoo .I’m so sorry , but we have to do this to stay open. I am also going to be charging the deposits from 1st May for every booking made on and after this date. Details will be all sent to you all via email , if we don’t have your email I will be in touch. Hi everyone , I hope your all doing well 💕 so just a message to put it out there , I pay for a system monthly , which sends text reminders 2 days before your appointment( it’s quite expensive and many other groomers put their prices up to afford this type of system, I have not done this ) many customers are saying it helps greatly and are very appreciative of the reminders , so it is working and I am very pleased with it ….. But just lately I am still getting some customers not show up for their appointments even after reminders ( we do check the system and it has sent reminders to the customers who haven’t shown up) so , if I have a no show customer and I call to say they have missed their appointment, if they want to book in again, I will be taking a deposit straight away so that it doesn’t happen again. For customers who do this on a regular basis , I will be asking for a deposit for every time they book . I can not afford for an employee or myself to be sat around for 2 hours and me having to still pay them, it then comes out of my personal money as I can then not pay myself properly ( I have bills like everyone else ) Thank you to all customers who do come at their appointment times and who do call in to let me know if they can’t make it . I also appreciate that emergencies happen too 💕 I am also putting together a contract for everyone to sign before their appointments ( sorry it’s taking me a while ) thank you if you have read this to the end of a very long post 🤣 sending love to all xx
