We offer a tailor made grooming service for your pet using natural, high quality dog shampoos and conditioners that are best suited for all skin types. When you leave your dog with us you can be sure that they will be treated with the respect and kindness they deserve; in an unhurried environment. We stock the complete Natures Menu range of dog and cat food and can give you advice on RAW feeding.

With the hot weather that we are experiencing at the moment, and inside the salon reaching extremely high temperatures, we have made the decision to close at 12pm tomorrow (Friday 26th July) aswel.🥵

We have plenty of dog ice creams and ice pops in stock so feel free to pop down and grab some. 🌞🍦

🐾🌞EARLY CLOSE DUE TO THE HEATWAVE🌞🐾

At Pristine Pups, the health, safety, and comfort of your furry family members is always our top priority.
Due to the intense heatwave, temperatures inside the salon and during the drying process pose a risk to the dogs in our care, despite the air conditioning units and fans we have. For the welfare of the dogs, we have made the decision to close the salon at 12pm this Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Unfortunately, this means we must reschedule a few of your dogs appointments. Grooming in this weather can cause severe heat stress, and we refuse to compromise on their safety.

We want to get all your dogs back in the diary as soon as possible, we will be spending the next 24hours contacting everyone that have appointments that will be affected.

We expect to be back open normal hours from Friday morning. Thank you for understanding that we will always choose dog safety first! Stay cool, ditch the midday walks, and keep those water bowls topped up! 🐶❤️
