As some of you may know, we have changed our name, after our relocation to the Tadley area, different name, same quality service!

We specialise is all aspects of aquatics, from ponds and features to aquariums.

Good afternoon all,
I hope you all have been well and are doing the best given the circumstances we have faced over the past few months.
Due to some on the restrictions being lifted we now feel We can return to work on your ponds and aquariums with safety guidelines in place as followed:

1. Please do not book in if you, or anyone else in your household have had symptoms in the last 14 days.

2. Social distancing. Even though some restrictions have been lifted it is imperative that you remain 2 meters away at all times. Where possible, please remain in a separate room for the duration of the visit.

3. Suitable PPE will be worn by myself where possible (close quarters, small rooms etc) and all equipment is sterilised before use and after.

4. Payment: it probably goes without saying that bank transfer is the preferred method of payment but should you need to pay in cash, please ensure the money has been cleaned and is stored in something like a bag or an envelope. We will not be carrying any change so please make sure you have the full amount or refer to paying via bank transfer.

5. Please be aware that we may charge more if you haven’t managed to keep on top of the aquarium/pond as the work required on tank that has not been maintained will undoubtedly take longer to restore. If you are unsure, please send me a picture/video of the current state for an rough estimate on price.

Side notes and additional info regarding 2020:
We have introduced a late payment penalty. Payment must be made within 5 days of the work being completed. Failure to do so will incure a 20% fee per week until payment is made (this will be noted on the invoice). If frequent late payments occur then we may cease working with you entirely.

A deposit of atleast 50% is required on any work over £100 in advance.
The cost of materials to be paid in full when total is over £100 in advance.
*This deposit is non refundable if you choose to cancel after materials have been bought*.

One of the most underrated rainbow fish species, the Celebes rainbows. Though they aren’t extremely bright in colour, the beautiful details in the fins and the blue sheen that runs down their side makes for an eye catching species. Here are two recently added males colouring up nicely, I can’t wait to see what they’re like in a weeks time, super healthy and well fed, picked up at AquaticAddiction ltd, the only place I buy my fish! Aquarium number 7!
Quite a bit of algae build up in this one along with quite a heavy build up of waste in the filters, indicating possible over feeding
