How I Work together with vets to Support Your Pets | K-Laser Therapy

As a veterinary nurse providing K-Laser therapy for animals, I believe the best approach is one that works alongside your veterinary practice, keeping your pets’ individual needs at the heart of everything I do this helps to keep updated on how your pets are managing with the treatment plan.

How I work with vets:

Referral-led care – Working with your vet practice to support suitable patients as part of their wider veterinary care plan.

Collaborative approach – Recognising the importance of your pets diagnosis, treatment plan and ongoing involvement in each patient’s care.

Clear communication – Keeping communication open with referring practices to support continuity of care.

Flexible appointments – Offering both home visits and clinic-based appointments at All4Pets and Shuttleworth Vets.

Supporting patients together – My aim is to complement the care your vet provides and make accessing K-Laser therapy as straightforward as possible for you and your pets.

This week we’re reintroducing our vet, Chelsea!

You may not see Chelsea around the practice for the next few months as she’s currently enjoying some very special time off having her baby but she is still very much a part of our team 🐾

***UPDATE TUES 13 Oct.
It appears that the microchip may have been assigned to the wrong owner details at a rescue centre.
The registered keeper details are not correct on this cats microchip. If you think he could be your cat, please contact the surgery ****

We still need help to find the owners of this young adult cat ***

He was hanging around St Saviour’s School in Bacup and brought to the surgery a few times last week.

He is 4 years old, male neutered, he has a microchip but the chip details seem to be out of date.

Chip details are for Todmorden area.

He is super friendly so someone must be missing him.

He seems to have an old tail injury.
