Hi everyone,

Quick update from us…

Baby Evelynn has arrived, slightly earlier @ 37 weeks but she’s happy & healthy - she weighed 5lb 13oz

Courtney is doing amazing & I couldn’t be any prouder of her… messages and calls will be replied to by the end of the week.

Hi everyone…

As some of you may be aware Courtney hasn’t been very well this last trimester, they’re now keeping a close eye on her & she will be in hospital for the remainder of her pregnancy.

That being said, Harry will be working solo in the salon Thursday - Saturday this week as I’m also not in work, some appointments will need to be changed on these days but I will contact you regarding this.

Please bare with us on message replies & also with grooms. The diary is filled with appointments for 3x groomers, not 2 so it’s just going to take us longer, hope that’s okay. Providing I can find childcare arrangements, I am also going to open the salon as a one off Monday 17th August - some appointments will need to be postponed to that day just to give me time to get through all appointments. If you wouldn’t mind being pushed to the 17th Aug, please let me know! I know how frustrating it will be for you all having appointments moved and changed.

Just a little reminder (I promise I’m not trying to sound like a broken record! 😊) that Courtney is currently on partial maternity leave and will be fully on leave from 1st August, so I’ll be running things solo for a while.

I’ll be doing my very best to keep things running smoothly & as they currently are, but as a solo groomer (with crappy health) I can usually manage around 3-4 dogs per day rather than 10 that I’ve currently got booked in everyday….🐶

I am currently FULLY BOOKED until 30th September with absolutely no gaps so If you’re due an appointment between 30th September and December, I’d really recommend getting booked in as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

I’m a one man band whilst Courtney is on mat leave & feel awful when I’m having to turn so many regular customers away. If you could book 2 apps a time, that would be super helpful.

**UPDATE** NO REMAINING AUGUST AVAILABILITY.. we have some remaining slots in July but then it will be from 11th Sept onwards…

With Courtney due to go on maternity leave in July, I am having to cover double the amount of dogs, with that being said we are almost full until September!

If you’re due an app in July or Aug could we please kindly asked these are booked ASAP to ensure we can fit you in… thank you 😘😘

With the hot weather forecast next week (up to 33°C 🌡️), we just wanted to reassure all of our customers that the salon will remain open as usual and fully air conditioned to keep your dogs & a pregnant Courtney comfortable.

However, your dog’s safety comes first. If you are unable to transport your dog safely (for example, please do NOT walk them in the heat), we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
