Such a shame this customers order was handled with such a lack of care!
Delivered to the wrong address, opened by someone else, items missing and put in a bag with items that aren't even ours!

I'm replacing the order free of charge of course 💜

This is the first time in 3 years I've seen a package of ours damaged 😢
