We are proud to offer a high-standard full livery service, providing individual, attentive care in a calm and professional environment.

£125 per week, including:
• Hay or haylage
• Straw or one bale of shavings per week
• Hard feed excluded

Our full livery service includes:
• Daily turnout and bring in
• Rug changes
• Coordination of trusted, approved professionals including farrier, dentist, physio, chiropractor and worm counts
• Owners are welcome to use their own preferred professionals

Turnout & Horse-First Routine:
• All-year-round turnout
• Summer: overnight turnout, with daytime stabling for rest, fly relief and comfort
• Winter: turnout from 8am, with bringing in from approximately 5pm

Premium Facilities:
• Outdoor arena with floodlights
• Small indoor arena ideal for groundwork or light work
• Excellent off-road hacking
• Summer showjumping field
• Summer cross-country jumps
• Wash bay
• Individual tack rooms

Training & Lifestyle Options:
• Professional tuition available on site
• Own approved instructors welcome
• Clinics hosted on site (additional cost)
• Riding available by arrangement

• On-site, approved and fully insured horse transporter for shows and outings

This is why we have a fire safety plan and fire extinguishers at each entry point to the barn. Bare minimum requirements, especially when Hay and straw are involved. ❤️❤️

🔥 Do you have a plan in case of fire? 🔥

With the recent fires across Greater Manchester and the Government alert, every horse owner should have a plan in place for dealing with a fire or other emergency on their yard.

A stable fire can spread frighteningly quickly, so having a clear, practised emergency plan could save both human and animal lives.

❓Would you know what to do if a fire started at your yard?❓

📍 Know your evacuation routes
Identify where your horses could safely go and have an alternative route in case your usual exit is blocked.
🗺️Do you know where you are?
Make sure everyone knows the stable’s full address, postcode and access instructions
📞 Keep an emergency contact list
Include your yard owner, neighbours, horse transporters, vet and anyone else who may be able to help. We are available 24/7 on 0161 643 7724.
🚛 Have transport options organised
Know who you could call and where you could take your horses. If possible, have a backup option rather than relying on just one vehicle.
🧰 Prepare an emergency kit
Keep headcollars and lead ropes, torches, basic first aid supplies and any essential medication together and easily accessible.
🚪 Check access to your yard
Make sure emergency vehicles can access the yard and that gates and entrances can be opened quickly if needed.
⚠️ Never put yourself at risk.
If a fire is approaching, call 999, follow instructions from the emergency services and evacuate when advised.

It is better to be proactive than reactive -
Take a few minutes this week to review your stable fire plan, preparation can make all the difference. 🐴🚒
