Camp was a massive success with us despite the terrible rain on Saturday! Thank you to all who came especially Cassy Gadsby Equine Coaching and Jacquie Billington and Claire Lilley who provided the training for camp with Jacquie bringing the gorgeous Utalita for a demo! Sadly the weather was absolutely horrific while she was here so we had an early lunch and cracked on with plaiting! Thank you so much to everyone who came x

So today we had my brilliant neighbour out to fit my saddles Spanish and English, she had to tolerate my company for 4 hours!! Not only was I exhausted at the end but when I put haylage out for the others - Nubaru decided to lay on it and have his dinner!! He is such a funny boy!

Absolutely gorgeous C**t Nubaru will be looking for his new home after weaning - I wish I could keep them all. His half sister from the same mother is an absolutely stunning filly with Shannon Louise Fry! And this one has the added bonus of being Orgie’s son. He makes the best babies! But I am a little biased!! 😍

Fabulous news this morning that both Remachita Maynou IV and Sultana SG are in foal with heartbeats to Orgulloso Sal for next year. 😍 this will be a full sibling to Oberon, Tempesto and Anjana from Remachita - and our first foal from our fabulous Jet black mare Sultana.

We’ve been super busy showing and prepping for shows recently! The team did really well at the GBPRE show in the ANCCE Classes. I was privileged to be asked to ride Actor De Centurion for Vanessa Eddy, he is a beautiful big Spanish stallion with a heart of gold- very much another Orgulloso in temperament. We went into the Functionality in second place and retained that to also take Reserve Champion stallion.
Paul took things a little easier and Rosie showed some of our client’s and friend’s horses as Paul’s knees played up at the beginning of the season. He seems to be back doing really well and showed Jaye Smith’s filly Screta Alta Cen to perfection along with Nadal JL and Eclipse SA for Star Andalusians
