Ive made a Simple Seasonal Sustainable decision regarding Fosse Farm Flowers!

With the lack if rain its been pretty hard work keeping the plot blooming so beautifully for your orders, so Ive decided to bring the season to an earlier end, sustainably using less water & keeping life more simple for me!

So….this week Im offering the rare opportunity to cut your own bouquet/ bucket in hour long evening slots, with time to enjoy a drink together surrounded by nature in the flower garden.

Pop me a message & we’ll work out a suitable time Thursday onwards, tickets are £35pp subject to availability.

Sounds of summer. Most early mornings Im up in the cutting garden with a cuppa soaking in the beauty of the patch, watching the butterflies, bees & bugs busy sourcing nectar & pollinating

A wonderful day spent with Georgie Newbery from Common Farm Flowers who came to visit Fosse Farm Flowers & Root Connections a neighbouring flower farm. We were so engrossed with inspiring & knowledgeable conversation around & I forgot to capture the day with a photo! So here’s a photo of Vanilla Ice from the cutting garden instead; a positively bouncy, sunny bloom perfect for beautiful bouquets & admired by Georgie this afternoon

Despite the drought buckets of beautiful seasonal blooms leave the farm weekly. I feel the cutting garden has more a feel of late August lately & with blackberries in the hedges already, this year has brought its surprises!
