🧚‍♀️ GREEN FLAGS IN CLEANING CLIENTS 💚

As a cleaner, don’t undervalue yourself. The right clients don’t just want a clean house they value the person doing the work.

After years of cleaning, these are some of my biggest client green flags:

💚 They respect your time and schedule.
💚 They don’t nickel-and-dime your pricing.
💚 They understand that quality cleaning takes time.
💚 They communicate clearly about what they want.
💚 They respect your boundaries and policies.
💚 They don’t continuously add “just one more thing” and expect it for free.
💚 They appreciate the little details you put into their home.
💚 They understand that cleaners are human we get sick, have families, and occasionally need time off too.
💚 They trust you to do the job they hired you to do instead of micromanaging every step.
💚 They tell you when they’re happy with your work. A simple “thank you” goes a LONG way.
💚 They treat cleaning as a skilled service not something that “anyone can do.”
💚 And most importantly, they treat you with respect.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as a cleaner is that not every client has to be YOUR client.

You’re allowed to choose clients who value your work, respect your time, and make you feel appreciated walking into their home.

A great cleaner/client relationship goes BOTH ways!!
