👋 Meet Ben

If you've visited Widmer Feeds, there's a good chance you've already met him... although he doesn't always stay in one place for long!

As our Deputy Shop Manager, Ben also turns his hand to looking after the animals, helping out in the warehouse, unloading lorries and even jumping behind the wheel as our backup van driver. Safe to say, he's a man of many talents.

His favourite part of the job is looking after the guinea pigs. Somewhere along the way, those little characters won him over.

When he's not at work, Ben keeps himself busy with quite the collection at home, including horses, chickens, dogs, goats, leopard geckos, tailless scorpions and assassin beetles. We suspect he likes anything with legs... apart from spiders. Those can stay well away.

He is also a fan of country pubs, b**r and socialising, so make sure you say hi when you see him! 💫
