Lola’s transformation! 🐩

I’ve groomed this little lady a few times now, and her owners were curious to see her in a poodle trim with a shaved face and feet.

Say no more! It’s incredible the difference, and she was impeccably behaved for her first ever face and feet shave (has put all my other poodle clients to shame 🤣)

Now I don’t usually work Saturdays so don’t get your hopes up 😜

Gorgeous Bernese clients Carlos & Elsie came in for a well needed spruce up - just in time for the Bernese Mountain Dog Fun Meet Up in Kelso by the breed club tomorrow! 🐶

Was nice to have them in one after the other so they could finally meet 🥰

Thursdays are my day off during the week, usually to catch up on housework, admin, and to have my back rinsed like a wet tea-towel by Josh at portobellochiropractic 🫪

I’m taking the rest of today to be in bed. Fibromyalgia and heat aren’t very good friends, so safe to say I’m buggered 🫠

I’ve quickly answered some enquiries but if I’ve missed any, I will catch them tonight or tomorrow night!

💛 POLITE NOTICE 💛

IN SEASON BI***ES.

Unfortunately there has been an increase in client’s dogs coming into their appointment being in season. Due to this, I have to turn them away. We have a lot of intact male dogs walk into the salon (Dallas included) and it can affect their behaviour. Also I don’t really want to be drying a dog and for there to be blood and pheromones sprayed everywhere. It’s just not sanitary 🤢

This also affects my schedule, due to me having a waiting list I could have offered the space but ultimately I cannot fill such short notice, leaving me out of pocket.

Please check before your appointment and let me know as soon as you’re able to. Those in future I have to turn away, will need to pay 50% of the groom price.

I shall be refreshing my policies for all clients old and new very soon. X
