🐾 Important Notice for Our Wonderful Clients 🐾
Recently, we’ve seen a few dogs coming into the shop with fleas. While we completely understand that fleas are a natural part of a dog's life—especially during peak seasons—handling them requires a few extra steps on our end!
To keep our salon clean, safe, and pest-free for everyone, whenever a dog comes in with fleas, we must:
* Deep clean & deflea the entire shop and all equipment immediately.
* Reschedule or move around upcoming appointments to ensure no other pets take unwanted hitchhikers home.
Because of the extra time, specialized products, and schedule disruptions this creates, a small extra charge will now apply if your dog arrives with fleas.
We kindly ask that you check your fur babies regularly at home and let us know ahead of time if you suspect they might have fleas so we can reschedule their visit.
Thank you all so much for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our shop safe and fresh for every pup! 🐶❤️
