I'm Katie,
I have my Level 3 City and Guilds in Dog Grooming and also ICMG (Qualified - Certified Advanced Professional Groomer). I adore dogs (4 of my own) and always have, so I groom them in a calming environment (even with dog calming music!!) on a one to one, in my custom made groom room, no rushing or stressing, I like a good chat, especially with a dog! As the customer, whatever you want or

dont want, just tell me, and I will do my best to oblige. I want the dogs to leave loving me, not hating me (and I guess the owners too, although love not necessary - the dogs come first ) !
