We’ve had lots of enquiries recently and are now finalising our October bookings and hoping to welcome a few pups on our waiting list 🍁

If you’re an existing customer and need to change your regular days, book extra days or let us know about any upcoming holidays, please send us a message as soon as you can. 😊📩

If you’re a new customer and would like to be added to our waiting list, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 🐾💌

Just a gentle reminder that changes or cancellations made on the day will follow our cancellation policy:

⏰ Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% charge
❗️ Cancellations within 24 hours or on the day: 100% charge
‼️ No-shows: 100% charge

For holidays or planned absences, we kindly ask for at least one week’s notice. 🗓️ A 25% retainer fee applies if your dog is absent from their usual daycare days. 🐶

This includes term time absence, being in season, family holidays or illness etc. 🤎
