We provide routine, emergency and in-patient care for small animals such as cats, dogs and rabbits. When we are closed, emergency care is provided by Vets Now, Preston. The values of the Rowan Veterinary Centre are still just as strong today as they always have been and with our excellent facilities here at Hillock Lane and Whitegate Drive, we can offer an even better level of care for your pets. We promise that we will always put the needs of your pet first:
- We will use the most appropriate treatment and the best drugs, regardless of profit margins and manufacturer loyalty.
- We will promote routine preventative healthcare such as regular worming, vaccination and flea treatments to keep your pet in excellent health.
- We will treat every pet with the utmost care and respect. Appointments are available on request throughout each day (Monday to Saturday) from 8:30am. Our price list is available on our website but we will always provide quotes for treatment to clients as part of our service. If you have a preferred veterinary surgeon, please ask the receptionist when you book. We endeavour to ensure that all animals are seen on the requested day by the vet of your choice. Where possible, treatment by the same vet is encouraged, to ensure continuity and enable any changes in the patient to be more easily recognised. Emergency out of hours care
We provide 24 hour emergency care service outside these times. Please call 01722 639800 if you need this service. The service is provided through Vets Now, Longsight Road, Clayton-le-Dale, Blackburn, BB2 7JA.
