‼️SOLE-USE YARD TO RENT‼️

Following an internal restructure, Sandhill Farm is pleased to offer our large stable block for rent to a suitable professional.

The yard offers sole use of a block of 10 traditional wooden stables, each with large windows to maximise airflow. The tenancy also includes sole access to a large feed room/storage area, two secure tack rooms and large fields for turnout.

Access is also available to the following facilities, shared with a small number of DIY liveries:
🐴 Horse walker
🏇 Well-lit 40m x 20m ménage
🌿 Large grass arena
🪵 A variety of poles and jumps
✨ Hot wash and solarium
🌳 Hacking tracks around the farm

Based in the village of Preston Bissett (between Buckingham and Bicester), we are local to many equestrian venues.

This is a fantastic opportunity that would ideally suit a sales livery professional, rehabilitation yard, equine physiotherapist, or similar equestrian business.

🚨Unfortunately, the yard is not suitable for stallions, dogs, or young children, and cannot be operated as a DIY livery yard.

For more information about this exciting opportunity, please contact Louisa on 07860 669666.

Thank you Oliver and team for all your support with our horses… although we hope we don’t see you professionally for another year!😅

It’s safe to say we are missing the gang terribly, but we are all glad to see they have settled in to their new home so well🐴
