Hi my name is Cherry and I am the founder of The Pukka Pooch. I am absolutely animal mad, with a huge soft spot for dogs! I have worked in many different animal related jobs from equestrian centres to boarding kennels, but my true passion is dog grooming, I trained and qualified with distinction star (the highest qualification) at the prestigious award winning grooming academy canine design, in Shepton mallet. I have studied in Animal Management where I got my A levels and I am also certified in canine ultrasound & microchipping. I am fully insured & hold a Canine First Aid certificate, along with all of our wonderful employees. Here at The Pukka Pooch we offer a very caring, professional service you can rely on. Having dogs of my own I know how important it is to find the right person you can trust with your pets.... so I decided to set up a business where I could be with my dogs and also get to do a job I truly love! If you are going on holiday, we are here to take care of all your pets needs, we offer a home away from home where your dog will be loved and cared for as if they were one of our own. If you're rushed of your feet, have work commitments, or are physically unable to walk your dog, you can be assured your furry friends will be having a tail wagging time with us! We insist upon a non obligation home visit to meet you and your pet. This gives us some time to get to know you and get to know the individual needs of your pet, so we can tailor the right service to suit you both. We also have a beautiful boutique in x
Cosham high street, stocking some of the most beautiful bespoke pet products, and we only promote healthy natural food and treats.. If your dog needs a a spruce up or a total makeover...yep you guessed it, we have you covered there too! Boasting a state of the art luxury on site pet parlour. We offer all services such as Dog Walking, Daycare, Dog Sitting, dog grooming and so much more. We also offer cat visits which is a great alternative to using catteries. Cats like to be in their familiar surroundings. For any enquires please don't hesitate to get in touch.
