📢📢📢📢🌞🌞🌞🌞Hi everyone, different week same problem however, next week is due to be unseasonably warm, certainly compared to the beginning of this week!
With temperatures getting to ~30C my top priority is the safety of your dogs and stopping them from overheating.
I plan to overcome the risk by starting earlier before it gets hot, however this alone is unlikely to be enough.
I will shorten walks in the heat, and if needed will change from paced walks in the sun to shorter static park visits where your dogs can get the entertainment and chill they need in the shade and at their own pace.
In some cases, if it gets really hot, I will substitute walks for home visits & garden play.
I’m very happy to discuss what works best for your dog and change around my routine so far as I can. So please do let me know…
I’m always conscious. of the weather, and through the summer there are often periods I have to take a slightly different approach, and always have loads of water!
