Albie, Ponyo, Vlad, Pickle and Lani shared their walk today, with each other and also with one of the crows. This provided occasional chasing interest for Pickle and Lani in between their games of chase over the field.

Vlad and was in a very affectionate mood and came for several fusses throughout the walk, although I did wonder how much one of these heck-ins was simply to provide Ponyo with a rolling opportunity 😆

Mr Albie was extra aloof today and only interrupted his important sniffing when I sounded extra excited about some snacks I was handing out. At that point he came, he inhaled said snacks and went happily back to his business 🖤

Another girls-only trip, this time for Buffer, Nancy and Tilly. Buffs is getting on a bit so we wandered slowly, stopped frequently and had plenty of snacks so that Buffs could fully enjoy the woods without overdoing it too much.

Nancy and Tilly took turns deciding which route we took, and considerately led us off the gravelly pathway and onto the woodland tracks which was a bit softer for Buffy and had loads of sniffs and interest for everyone. Thanks girls 🧡

Ralph enjoyed some relaxed time at the yard yesterday.
His main jobs included helping with the poo picking- aka eating and wearing it!
Warning us humans of the oncoming danger (3 horses in the distance happily grazing and completely minding their own business)
And reminding the yard cat that he was in charge for the day!

He also enjoyed a little slow sniffari in the farmers field when he clocked off of work duties! ❤️🐾

Vlad, Nancy, Pickle, Tilly and Ralph enjoyed themselves in the woods on Wednesday.

When we walk this route, we have to negotiate some fallen branches and today's participants in this challenge were highly entertaining to watch...

Even Pickle struggled because he chose to pass under the branch where there was a small notch and it kept catching on his harness and it took him several attempts to realise what he needed to do to not be stuck...

Tilly found a good spot where there was enough width between the branches for the length of her body so she wasn't doing different actions with her front legs and her back legs.

Vlad and Ralph slipped through no issue at all, and Nancy took the bulldog approach of, 'I shall simply walk through this and it will yield' and then, when this failed, made a thoughtful face and tried several other places before choosing the part of the branch lowest to the ground to scramble under 😅

Nylah and Rufus are having some visits and have been a pleasure to be around.
Nylah has been up to her usual tricks of appearing eventually from unusual places after the humans think she's definitely escaped!
