Hi Hoomans

Im currently closed due to having surgery today.
And hoping to re-open in 3-4 weeks time depending on how well and quick I heal.
There are some grooms still booked in for July, I will be taking advice from my consultant regarding my healing and to whether I able to work or not. So please bear with me.

Im sorry to those I couldnt book in before going off work but it was a battle to get everyone booked in and being up against the heat.
The safety and health of your fur babies was my main priority.
I will go through my msgs and booking requests when im feeling a little more human but as for now the fairies are taking over🙈
My surgery went well today so its resting up, strictly no lifting and plenty of pain relief!!

Cant wait to be back to normal and seeing all your fur babies🐾🐾

Hi Hoooomans!

Some of you will have noticed a change of date and time to your upcoming appointments at the end of June and throughout July.
Ive had my date to go in for surgery on 29th June and I’ll be off work to recover for 3-4weeks. Hopefully 3 but just incase 4!
Im sorry for any inconvenience caused but I really do need to have the operation that Ive been waiting since 2021 for!

Our first grandchild’s due date is a week’s time!!

A post of relief!!
The SAVVY app is up and running! Finally!!
Everyone that have provided an email address has been emailed a customer portal link.
All you have to do is click on forgot password, select a new password & youre ready to go!
You can now view all existing appointments, book, reschedule and cancel appointments.

If anyone needs any help with it please pop me a personal txt and not txt through the app incase I miss it

Hi everyone

Thank you so so much for being patient.
Setting up the new SAVVY app has brought me lots of sleepless nights, but Im almost there!
Theres just one thing im stuck up and waiting a reply from them🙏
Once its sorted I will post step by step infofor you all to get started and booking.
I think ive finally got everyone listed and have sent out appointments that were booked previously on the tuft app.
If Ive missed anyone, please let me know.
Hopefully my next update will be a positive one and everything will be sorted🙏🙏🙏
