Friday 9.30am Boxing sessions are available to anyone regardless of age and ability. If there is an exercises you cant do, change it. If there is an instruction you don't understand, just hit a bag. As long as you keep moving, we're all good! No pressure, no expectation, just move, hit a bag and enjoy yourself with ZERO judgement! See you next Friday!

Here at the Bulldogs Boxing & Community Activities we work with a variety of audiences. One in particular is the ever popular Youth Open Access sessions. These sessions are aimed at those who are aged 13 and above, who would like to learn how to use most equipment found in the Gym. Whilst wanting to develop individual skills along their own journey, confidence seems to be the main personal development most users want to improve and with the help from our instructors Matt and Sam-O, not only do they develop on specific goals, they also develop transferable skills to take away with them.

These sessions are on a Tuesday afternoon from 4.30pm for one hour and are free of charge. Please get in touch if you want your Young Person to trial this session. No pressure, no expectation apart from the want to participate, with gaining friends and increasing fitness levels whilst doing so.

🚌 Help us keep our community moving! 💙We’re raising funds for an important cause, and every donation — big or small — can help us get closer to our goal. 🚌

Your support could help provide our Bulldogs community with a new Mini Bus, to help support transport for the Bulldogs Boxers and coaches, Sociable strollers group, Veterans, Champs Camp, Youth groups, Local community groups and our members.

Together we can make a real difference in people’s lives. 🙏

You and your partner will work through 5 different fitness challenges either competitively or non competitively.
Following the event we will have a social gathering. A chance for everyone to get together and enjoy some down time.

🎯 Our goal: £20,000

Between 2 Worlds Family Day & Communities Union Open Day

Tomorrow - Thursday 27th August: 12pm-3pm, IMPACT wellbeing solutions LTD are bringing the community together for a FREE engagement day at Bulldogs BCA, Port Talbot.

We’d love to welcome Reservists from across our area. Come along on your own, bring a friend or bring the family! 💜

It’s a chance to meet other Reservists and families, have some fun and strengthen connections within our local Armed Forces community.

And we’ll make sure there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained! 🙌

IMPACT will be bringing along our Problem-Solving & Team-Building games...expect challenges, a little friendly competition, teamwork and plenty of laughs for adults and children to get stuck into together.

📢 WE’RE STILL RECRUITING - COME AND JOIN THE BULLDOGS TEAM!

There’s still time to apply for our Part-Time Youth Activities Support Officer position at Bulldogs BCA!

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, creative and passionate about working with children and young people to join our growing team.

💷 £14-£15 per hour
⏰ 12-15 hours per week
📍 Based at Bulldogs BCA, Port Talbot

The role will involve helping us plan and deliver engaging youth activities, supporting our Champs Camp, working with young people referred to us for additional support, and getting involved in community outreach.

We’re particularly interested in someone who can connect with young people, build positive relationships and create a welcoming environment where they can have fun, develop confidence and thrive.

Students took part in gorge walking, rock climbing, boxing and cooking!

Lots of fun, skills strengthened and gained! Worked outside of comfort zones and came through stronger on the other side!
