⭐️⭐️UPDATE NOW WITH BCP COUNCIL /foster⭐️⭐️

We had a white male terrier handed into us last night. He was found at Littledown park (BH7 area). He is microchipped but the phone number registered doesn’t work. He is a senior entire male who is mainly white with some brown markings on the base of his tail and ears and was found wearing a black collar.

🐾 Meet Basil! 🐾

This handsome 1-year-old boy was seen by our OOH team after ingesting a potentially toxic dose of paracetamol.

Basil was given medication to make him sick and, due to the risks associated with paracetamol toxicity, received appropriate treatment before heading home to his very relieved owners. 💙

Thankfully Basil was a very good patient throughout and is now back home where he belongs! 🐶✨

A reminder that paracetamol can be extremely toxic to pets — if you think your pet has ingested any medication, contact your vet immediately.
