Before the big puppy transformation, we used a simple bath appointment to gently introduce this little pup to the grooming process. No pressure, no rushing — just calm handling, positive experiences and lots of praise 💛

This is exactly why we offer our Puppy Package. It allows puppies to build confidence over several short sessions before their first full groom, helping them learn that grooming is safe, fun and nothing to worry about.

A confident puppy becomes a confident adult — and early introduction makes all the difference 🐶✨

We adore every breed and style that walks into our salon, however a poodle trim will always be a top favourite.

Chili is a miniature poodle who visits us on a regular schedule to ensure that his coat and skin is well maintained and conditioned.

A dog haircut is never 'just a haircut', we start with a health check, then we head to the bath for a deep cleaning shampoo and condition using high quality professional products which are suited to your dog's skin and coat type. After this, it's onto drying and prep work - a full blow dry to ensure the coat is fully dry and brushed through, leaving no knots or tangles. We clip nails, clean ears, trim their hygiene areas and paw pads, and use the appropriate tools for the coat whether this a wool, double or wire coat etc. After this, it's time to style, this can range from hand stripping to scissor and clipper styling to either breed standard or your preferred look. As well as so much more.

During all of this, It's our top priority to ensure your dog's welfare and comfort comes first.

Any questions about a groom or style for a certain type of breed? Give us a call or message on 07791386314.

Please can all my Broadstone neighbours keep an eye out for this beautiful boy. Apparently he has been seen in Cheam Road although a couple of days ago. As you can imagine his owners are besides themselves 😢

A bespoke pet trim for this beautiful Bichon Frisé. 🤍✂️

Rather than the traditional breed-standard Bichon head, we created a softer, more practical pet style to suit both this lovely dog's lifestyle and their owner's preferences.

✨ Shorter body for comfort and easy maintenance.
✨ Longer legs to maintain a balanced, elegant outline.
✨ A softer face with a cute, expressive finish.

Every groom is tailored to the individual dog, considering their coat, lifestyle, and what works best for them. There isn't a one-style-fits-all approach—our priority is creating a groom that's both beautiful and practical while keeping your dog comfortable.

Still sleeping on ultrasonic teeth cleaning?

Many owners don't realise that regular dental care is just as important as grooming. Our ultrasonic teeth cleaning treatment is a gentle, non-invasive way to help reduce plaque and tartar, freshen breath, and support your dog's overall oral health—without the noise or vibration of traditional scaling.

Healthy teeth contribute to a happier, healthier dog, and preventative dental care can help reduce the risk of more serious dental issues developing over time.

If you've been thinking about booking but haven't taken the leap yet... consider this your sign. Give your dog the care they deserve and experience the difference professional ultrasonic teeth cleaning can make.

This style features a shorter body for comfort and easy maintenance, longer legs to create a balanced silhouette, and a rounded muzzle with soft, full ears to achieve that classic Cockapoo expression. Every groom is tailored to suit the individual dog, taking both coat type and lifestyle into consideration.

We use coat-specific shampoos and conditioners to ensure every coat receives the care it deserves, leaving it clean, healthy, and beautifully finished from nose to tail.

🐾 Keep Those Paws Happy This Summer! 🐾

Don’t forget to check your dog’s nails regularly. If they’re getting a little long, it’s time for a trim! A quick nail clip helps keep your dog comfortable, supports healthy movement, and prevents nails from becoming painful.

☀️ Warm Weather Reminder:
Before heading out for a walk, test the pavement with the back of your hand. If it’s too hot to hold there for 7 seconds, it’s too hot for your dog’s paws.

🐶 When does your dog need a nail trim?
A good rule of thumb is: if you can hear their nails tapping on the floor, it’s time for a clip!

✨ Special Offer ✨
Bring 2 dogs from the same household for nail trims and pay full price for the first dog, with the second dog’s nail trim at HALF PRICE!
