☀️ TEMPORARY CLOSURE DUE TO HOT WEATHER ☀️

Due to the extremely hot weather and the serious risk of dogs overheating, we have made the difficult decision to close the salon until Friday.

The safety and wellbeing of every dog in our care will always come first, and in this heat it is simply not safe to groom or transport dogs.

We really appreciate your understanding and support during this time. 💛

🐾 Heat safety advice for your dogs:

* Please do not walk your dogs during the day – only early morning or late evening when it is much cooler
* Keep them in the coolest part of the house, ideally with shade and good airflow
* Always provide plenty of fresh, cool water
* Use cool mats, damp towels, or fans if you have them
* Avoid any unnecessary exercise or excitement
* Never leave dogs in cars or conservatories, even for a short time

Heatstroke can happen very quickly in dogs, so keeping them calm and cool is essential.

Hi everyone 👋
Just a little update from us!

My sister (Jessie) is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to our beautiful Ruby-Jay🩷. I’m running the business on my own at the moment. Because of this, response times may be a little slower than usual — thank you so much for your patience and understanding while I work through messages and appointments as quickly as I can.

At this time, we’re also not taking on any new customers, as I’m focusing on fitting in our wonderful regulars and keeping everyone looked after. Please keep an eye on our page though, as I’ll post an update as soon as we’re back to normal and able to reopen our books.

🎄 That’s a wrap for 2025! 🐾 ❤️ 🎅

Just a little note to let all of our lovely customers know that tomorrow, Tuesday 23rd December, will be our last grooming day for 2025.

We want to say a huge thank you to every single one of you for being so amazing and for trusting us to groom your gorgeous pups this year. Your continued support truly means the world to us 🐾💛

We’d also like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

✨ We will be reopening on Monday 5th January, and all messages and calls will be responded to from that date.

A little update moving forward — please join us in congratulating my sister, Jessie as she heads off on maternity leave 🍼💐

From January, I will be running the business solo, so I kindly ask for your patience during this new chapter.

⚠️Polite notice⚠️

Can all customers please NOT leave poo bags at my bag door regardless to weather there is a black bag at the door step.
I’ve just had to throw away personal belongings that were placed at my back door step in a black bag. I appreciate how easy this misunderstanding can be with it being what looked like a bin bag. However please only place poo bags in an actually plastic bin. If you cannot see where to put please ask!
