Hi everyone, I am sorry to have to post this but it’s getting to boiling point now, it is not our responsibility to remind people of there appointments. We try our best to send texts as a courtesy, and it’s one of the reasons we have gone to our new system. We are a small business and unfortunately we have to charge for missed appointments which we have started asking for and quite a few times have just been ignored when we tell them they have to pay in order to rebook.

It’s really frustrating and tiring there’s not much more we can do. 😩

Big love to all of our loyal customers we really do appreciate you and your continued support 💜

The shop is closing early today due to the extreme weather 🥵, we know you will all understand we have tried to keep it as cool as possible but in the best interest of the dogs we have rearranged a few ☀️

Please continue to keep your pups cool in every way that you can, if you need any advice don’t be hesitant to message us 🥰
